Real Estate Broker and has operated the real estate property management business for the past 42 years. EXPERIENCE COUNTS! He has the
experience necessary and currently operates one of THE MOST SUCCESSFUL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT companies in Bay County.
Patricia Sneed » Sr. Property Manager
Patricia has been with Smith & Associates for the past 33 years. She began working at the front desk learning the foundations of property
management and 23 years ago decided to join the property management profession as a property manager. Currently holding the PRM
(Professional Residential Manager) designation and a member of National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), she has learned
to operate the company with efficiency and learned to provide you, the Owner, with the most professional property management service possible.
You will always be greeted with a smile. With initials PMS you will learn quickly that those are her initials NOT her attitude!!

Rene has been a life long resident of the Bay County Area. She has extensive background in administration and working with the public. Rene
has been with the company since 2011 and is well versed on the everyday operations of property management. Rene manages our properties located i
n greater Panama City. She enjoys spending her spare time with "grand babies".
