Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?
A: Property is not held until security deposit has been received with approved application. Property can be held for 14 days after receipt of security deposit.

Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
A Rent is paid when you pick up keys. It is not due when security deposit is received.

A: 18 or older.

A: ALL deposit are refundable.

A: Someone who does not meet the income requirements.

Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
A: You must first first view the property. The leasing agent will then provide you with the information to apply.

Q: How do I pay rent?
A: Rental payment may be mailed or dropped off at our office.

Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: Contact the office for approval prior to obtaining the pet. You will then be directed to petscreening.com to have the pet screened.

Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
A: Contact your property manager.

Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: You will receive a renewal notice 45 days prior to the expiration of your lease. Notice must be given no later than 30 days prior to the expiration of your lease.

Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: Owners unless repair is due to tenant neglect.
